Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
